Remember the brawl that took place In a New York nightclub back in June, that involved both Drake and Chris Brown and a bunch of thrown bottles?
Well that infamous fight got the two of them slapped with a $16 million dollar lawsuit by Entertainment Enterprises Ltd., a financial stakeholder in the New York City joint nightclub Greenhouse and WiP.
The suit claims that the two “shared a grudge against the other arising out of their romantic relationship with the same woman” (yeah, Rihanna) and “began to fight violently with each other.” This lead them to order their crew (consisting of small army of bodyguards, ‘security’ personnel, employees and members of their entourage consisting of at least 15 heavily built men trained and/or experienced in hand-to-hand and weapons combat.) to “join the fight, which erupted into a violent brawl on a massive scale.”
The suit seeks $16M in damages for their “gross negligence,” “ultra-hazardous activity” and “intentional illegal acts.”
Talk about getting taking it to the head.
