Today, The Grammy award winning R&B artist/writer/producer The-Dream was appointed to Executive Vice President of A&R of Def Jam Recordings.
Already working with Rihanna & Pusha T on their upcoming albums, Mr. Nash’s responsibilities with this new position will include overseeing current & new artist projects, as well as discovering and signing new talent to the Def Jam label. He also will work closely with Barry Weiss, Chairman & CEO of Universal Republic & Island Def Jam Motown, and Karen Kwak, Exclusive VP/Head of A&R for Island Def Jam Music Group. The Dream says:
