Meek Mill is ready to hit the road again this spring as today he announced his “Dreams Come True” tour.
The nine-city tour will span the entire month of April. Meek is coming off a successful year in 2012 with the release of his debut album Dreams & Nightmares. He is already wasting no time this year as he is working on the third installment of his Dreamchasers mixtape series.
