people-lauryn-hill
Lauryn Hill received some bad news today when a judge sentenced her to 3 months in jail and 2 months of home confinement, as a result of evading taxes.
There was some initial confusion on if she would get jail time after being granted a chance to pay off her tax debt, which prompted her to release some new music (see: “Neurotic Society“).

Apparently that was not enough, because now she has to turn herself into jail by July 8.

Damn, L-Boogie.
