Peyton earned the award in a landslide receiving 49 of the 50 votes, which the sole vote coincidentally went to Tom Brady.
He would finish the season with arguably the best performance for an NFL player in history breaking both the single-season passing (5,477 yards) and touchdown records (55). Tonight, Peyton will be looking to add onto his magical season with a victory tomorrow night at MetLife Stadium for Super Bowl XLVIII.
