Monday night, LeBron James scored a career high 61 points against the Charlotte Bobcats, and everybody has been talking about it.
Rightfully so, because he did it in a way only LeBron could do; hitting 61 points on 33 shots. The broader picture for this season that LeBron opened up Monday, is who has the edge in the MVP race. Many thought that Kevin Durant had the race locked up after his insane scoring stretch in January; but not to be outdone, LeBron has been just as impressive since the All-Star break.

So with just over a month left in the NBA season, we open the discussion to you. Who is your money on to take home the MVP award at seasons end? Will Durant be able to power through and capture his first trophy? Or is LeBron going to continue to play out of this world and bring home his fifth MVP award? Regardless of who takes it, the real winners will be NBA fans, because we are about to watch these two duke it out for the rest of the season.
