Earlier today, a premature fan-made NBA 2K15 soundtrack surfaced.
Although many were touting it as the greatest soundtrack ever for a basketball game (obviously behind NBA Street Vol. 2), 2K Sports has finally shared the Spotify soundtrack version for their upcoming basketball simulation title. Upon initial glance, we don’t expect the hardcore NBA 2K audience to be favorable with many selections from Skateboard P, but the playlist blends together well.
Much like JAY Z in 2013, Pharrell has quite a few of his personal performed releases on the soundtrack but enlists the likes of Lauryn Hill, Red Hot Chilli Peper, A Tribe Called Quest, Snoop Dogg, Gwen Stefani, Lord, Clipse, Red Hot Chilli Pepers and the return of Afrika Bambaataa’s “Planet Rock” – previously seen on the greatest NBA game ever made.
