And just like that, the first season of Power is over after eight episodes. We can’t actually say the show blew us away, but we did enjoy the series up to this point.
There were plenty of story lines unraveling. We also learned quite a bit about each character, but most of all, James St. Patrick aka Ghost and his right hand man Tommy.
50 Cent also creeped into the mix on a couple episodes and we’re assuming he’ll play a bigger role for Season 2, just because of the way he played a part during the last few episodes. He almost came out like a bandit too, but things don’t always turn out like planned. Especially not in the streets.
After last night’s episode, we had a few questions following the finale that we’ll probably see answers to next season.

It’s pretty evident that Tommy thrives off emotion. According to how it played out, he’s never had a ride or die bitch by his side until Holly. We all know how we reacted after losing the first love of your life, but Tommy is about to turn into the Incredible Hulk once he finds out she was shot at Jamie’s night club (can we assume she’s dead?).
He’ll either blame Ghost, seek revenge, go on a coke binge or actually, all of the above.

IS ANGIE'S LIFE IN DANGER
We know she’s part of a government task force, but that never stopped anyone from dying before. Especially now that Tommy knows her little big secret. He was a room corner away from being caught and having the entire operation compromised. Well, at least in him and Ghost’s end. Now that the snitch is dead, she has no funding and her bosses can’t support her, the case is as good as dead. Much like she might be.
That little fantasy her and Jamie had? Gone.
Q.3
TRUTH just shut down because of a shooting. His family life with Tasha is in a downward spiral because of his affair with Angie. He just signed a deal with the jefe that he has to pull through on (with double the amount of drugs) or else he’s a dead man. And on top of that, he’s about to find out that the “love of his life” is a freaking cop.
Say goodbye to that new Miami club, Mr. St. Patrick. The Sutton Place Magazine account too. Your reputation in the business world. Half of your dirty money earnings. Tu familia. All of it. Just kiss the entire game adios amigo.

This Spanish girl from Florida has been failing in the past two attempts as a serial murderer. First, she managed to not kill Ruiz in the club after giving him a lap dance and a few shanks to the side of the stomach. Now she walks in the club, shoots at point blank range in front of a crowd and completely misses her target. Either Kanan will kill her himself or she’s going to have to come up BIG to stay on the team.
Either way, Ghost is still alive and Kanan is now out in the New York City streets. It seems like he has a grudge he wants to handle so either he switches up the gameplan and executes it a different way with the same goal or he scraps it altogether.

Tasha gave Shawn a freak show in the back of the whip. She flirts with him every chance she gets (ok, she’s playing him to get info our of the poor guy). She’s allowed him to see her in the shower. He even went as far as got her a birthday present as appreciation for how bad her husband treats her. But if he doesn’t smash next season after the divorce/separation, we give up on him.
