According to K. Dot, we may be seeing Kendrick on the "Carter V".
Kendrick Lamar has been busy promoting his new single "i" ever since it was released on Tuesday morning. Making his way over to Power 106 this week, K. Dot decided to not only bless the LA Leakers with a quick freestyle that came out tonight, but he may have also spilled some news regarding Lil Wayne's next album.
When asked if he’s featured on Lil Wayne’s Carter V, Kendrick was hesitant to answer, and then replied with a smile:
“Can I say that? Am I on the Carter V? Umm.. I wouldn’t know… I don’t wanna say”.
Based on his answer, it’s pretty clear that Kendrick has recorded music forTha Carter V, but isn’t sure if he will make the final cut. But c’mon, do you think Kendrick wouldn't make the cut? I think it’s pretty safe to say so.
Aside from this hopeful K. Dot feature, Drake is the only other artist at the moment that’s been confirmed to be on the album. As for a release date, who know’s when Weezy will reveal that, but he did unveil the album cover for us not too long ago (see in gallery).
