Tonight was the first day of “LAL” for the Miami Heat. If you don’t know what that stands for, it’s “Life After LeBron.”
But they didn’t seem to be missing him too much against the Washington Wizards. Led by Chris Bosh‘s 26 points and 15 rebounds, Norris Cole‘s career-high 23 points and Dwyane Wade‘s 21 point outing, the Heat easily cruised for the win in their home opener.
The play of the game came in the middle of the 4th quarter, when James Ennis put the cape on and SMASHED on Rasual Butler for a monster dunk. Butler was trying to draw the charge in transition but Ennis was already towering over him for the slam.
Seriously, we’ve watched this clip enough times. That shit was NASTY.
