Last Friday, Bobby Shmurda was scheduled to see his $2 million bail package submitted after nearly two months of being locked up behind bars.
Unfortunately, the office for special narcotics pulled his application earlier today saying “It’s our understanding that the suretor has withdrawn and that no hearing is currently scheduled.”
Alongside Rowdy Rebel, Shmurda was charged with gun possession, reckless endangerment and conspiracy to commit murder. While the Brooklyn rapper has maintained his innocence through the process, he’s plead not guilty to all chargers. His lawyer Kenneth Montgomery released a statement saying, “We’re trying to do a new bond application and are in the process in the figuring that out. We’re hoping to get it done within the next week.”
Look for more details to emerge in the coming weeks, regarding when GS9 will officially be released.
