Only one day after Big Sean dropped “Control” with Kendrick Lamar and Jay Electronica, VIBE caught up with Sean Don to get his take on the track that’s had the internet in a frenzy the past 24 hours. In the interview, Sean talks about what happened after Kendrick sent his verse to him and why he didn’t change his verse after the fact.
Although we have to agree that this may be the hottest track to drop all year (which song do you remember caused this much controversy in rap?), for sample clearances, it will not appear on Hall Of Fame and if Sean would have chosen to put it on there, we probably wouldn’t be getting the album August 27.
