Chris Brown Speaks On Ending Drake Beef: "You Can
Chris Brown made headlines earlier today after his entourage was reportedly involved in another brawl last night in NYC, but now we got something a little more positive to report for y’all regarding Chris.

If you remember earlier in the Summer, Chris and longtime arch nemesis, Drake, were spotted working together in the studio, and ever since that photo surfaced (above), the two superstars have put their differences aside, and participated in a hilarious ESPY skit together, as well as a rumored performance at OVO Fest which was cancelled due to Breezy's legal issues.
Sitting down with Sway and MTV News recently, Breezy decided to open up on the Drake beef, and why they chose to squash it. He also talks about the two recording new records together, but are just waiting for the right one to get released
Check out the highlighted excerpts and interview below.
On putting their differences in the past:
“We’re young, so it’s not like [we had] a pow wow over tea or nothing. It didn’t need to be explained. It wasn’t no problem.”
On appearing together at the ESPYs:
“Drake's camp actually called me to do the skit. Especially after getting out of jail, I didn’t have any animosity towards anybody.
I wanted to be able to bring light to the situation and just grow up. I’m 25 and I’m not getting younger. You can’t walk around holding grudges, looking over your shoulder and being negative all the time. I’m tired of being looked at as the aggressor, so I just wanted to show my maturity.”
On future collaborations, and their different ways of doing studio sessions:
“Working on music is something we’re gonna continuously try to do and make happen. I know it’ll be a big thing for the fans if they hear a song –- but it has to be the right song, for both of us, at the end of the day.”
When we were in the studio [Drake] was like, ‘Oh, man, I need to have my studio like this. My vibe is a little different — I like to have a party. It’s like the club in my studio with 15 or 20 girls, a couple of my homies, drinks and everybody’s having fun. I just get the vibe off the energy from them.”
